Paediatric Dietetics Calculator

Step 1
Create a supplement list of products that you use in your practice.

Step 2
Enter the patient's anthro's.

Step 3
Analyse your data for nutritional status.
Calculate supplement prescriptions based on anthro's from your supplement list.

Anthropometry

Plot weight, height, muac, and head circumference on WHO growth charts to be able to classify nutritional status of a patient. This is important for identifying malnutrition.

Biochemistry

A list of normal ranges of blood results according to gender and age group for children up to 18 years old.

Clinical

Clinical descriptions of a typically healthy child. Notable deviations from these descriptions provide important information regarding signs and symptoms of disease / syndrome / deficiencies.

Diet

The Diet section calculates specific energy and macronutrient results, giving you accurate volumes to prescribe to your patients. A single product can be chosen to supply 100% nutritional needs e.g. as with tube fed patients, or a selection of products can be added together to meet full requirements e.g. patients with malnutrition receiving multiple therapeutic feeds.

Cloud Backup

You are able to backup and restore your product list to Google Drive for safe keeping.
This file can then be shared and imported by other users.

Google Sheets Import

Ideal for Departments.
This allows you to keep a "master" copy of your product list within a Google Sheet. You are then able to import this sheet into the app. This allows a central place of information, allowing the sharing of products amongst staff within a facility.
